PLEASE NOTE: Individuals intending to secure reservations for a duration exceeding 30 days are required to undergo a comprehensive background screening process. While reservations can be made for extended periods, the continuation of the stay beyond the initial 30-day period is contingent upon the successful completion of the mandated background verification procedure.

Any reservations that are made that are under 30 days, will have an electric fee added to their account as follows: Summer rate: April 1^st through October 31^st is $8.00 per day, November 1^st through March 31st is $5.00 per day.
