Please note: Any reservations under 30 days is subject to the daily electric fee of $5 per day November 1^st through April 1^st and $8 per day April 1^st through November 1^st.

Additionally, individuals intending to secure reservations for a duration beyond 30 days are required to undergo a comprehensive background screening process. While reservations can be made for extended periods, the continuation of the stay beyond the initial 30-day period is contingent upon the successful completion of the mandated background verification procedure.
